Research results show that people who have been mentored report greater satisfaction and career success than non-mentored individuals. Two-thirds of top corporate officers interviewed for one study reported having had at least one mentor who significantly helped them in their careers. Of twenty-five successful women executives interviewed in a different study, all were found to have had at least one mentor as well.
