Identify your values
You may have done this during an Affectus program you have participated in. If so, what are the words that you chose?
Alternately find a values list (there are many online) and choose the three or four that you know are core to how you see the world and how you present to the world.
Establish your passions
Think back over the last six months. What were you most happy doing?
