In 2024 Jill was inducted into the Seafood Industry "Hall of Fame" in recognition of her decades of leadership and influence in the industry


In 2019 Jill won the Woman in Aquaculture Award for the leadership influence she has had on the aquaculture and wider seafood industry.


In 2016 Jill won the Industry Impact Award at the National Australian Horticulture Industry Excellence Awards.
