Jodie has a background in both project management and change management. With a Diploma of Management under her belt, Jodie has led high performing, geographically dispersed teams providing successful delivery of business improvement projects.
After meeting her partner (a Commercial Fisherman) almost 10 years ago, Jodie realised she could transition her leadership and change management skills to the seafood industry.
As a graduate of the National Seafood Industry Leadership Program (NSILP), Jodie is excited to share her prior experience with current program participants and encourage them on their leadership journey to find their best fit within the greater seafood community.
