Janette’s background is in education and rural development. She has been an active member of her family’s broadacre farm in the southern Riverina of NSW for the past 28 years. She has worked in a wide variety of roles and served on numerous community committees and boards over this time.
Janette has developed a business in facilitation, training and project management. She facilitates community leadership programs as well as a variety of other rural community programs.
Her special areas of interest are mentoring, coaching and business succession. She has experience coaching teams and individuals and a vast knowledge and understanding of family business meetings and delivered seminars around the issues of succession in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
Janette is passionate about rural communities and happy to be working to facilitate information delivery and assimilation on the important issues of mentoring, coaching, personal capacity development, succession and the changing face of Australia.
